These are the wines our team reaches for when we know there will be a variety of dishes on the table or when we're just not sure what's being served. 

  • Choose Riesling for those nights when when you're ordering takeout and everyone's eating something different.
  • Choose Pinot Blanc when you're having seafood or a variety of light spring plates.
  • Choose Pinot Noir when you're headed over to a friend's house for dinner or for those nights you order pizza but want to make it a celebration. 

A true passion project with only 54 cases produced! Our 2022 Riesling has floral notes of rose and honeysuckle on the nose. On the palate, the fruit takes on a slightly tropical note with aromas of orange marmalade, apricot, and lychee. The mouthfeel of the wine is very crisp, the wine is dry with a mouthwatering finish.

The Westside Blocks of our Estate Vineyard sit in a unique location on the property. Its bowl-like topography allows for greater heat retention during the growing season resulting in incredibly structured wines, deep and rich in flavor. This vintage was a continuation of that trend, producing a wine full of dark fruit with hints of vanilla, coconut, and black tea that give way to a refreshing and lingering acidity.

If you haven't tried Pinot Blanc before, it's rounder, softer and more aromatic than Chardonnay with well-balanced acidity and pretty notes of peach, apricot and hazelnut. Fresh, dry and easy to drink, it's like that easy-going friend that you can go anywhere with (and who's company you never get bored of). 

Versatile and elegant — it's delicious with roast chicken, light salads, soft cheeses and the lighter fare we're turning to as we head into spring. It's also incredible with our local Dungeness Crab — so throw a bottle in the cooler if you're headed to the coast!
