Our Alchemy blend is a small lot production focused on using what our Winemaker's have deemed the best representation of the entire vintage, only producing 6 barrels worth.

Fruit driven flavors of pear, golden apple, and lemon curd with subtle notes of honey and a gunflint minerality. The mouthfeel is initially rich and round, but quickly tightens up for a mouthwatering finish.
