Nestled along the east side of our vineyard in an area protected from the Van Duzer winds is a small planting of
Pinot Blanc. Benefiting from a long hang time and slow ripening this wine is able to develop increased depth and complexity. Whole cluster pressed and aged on lees for one year, this wine over delivers with notes of Asian pear, honeysuckle, and lemon zest balanced by a delicate presence of hazelnut and brioche. The wine finishes with a lingering acidity.
