Zephyra, the goddess of the wind, is our muse for the Zephyra Collection. These wines are honest, lively and approachable expressions of our unique location here in the heart of the Van Duzer Corridor, where marine winds rush through a deep gap in the Coast range. The geological effect wraps the welcoming vines in cool Pacific air, moderating temperatures and extending hang time to build intensity of flavor. These fresh, bright wines are wines that you can pop open and serve with burgers or takeout — or share with family and friends at your next gathering.

Nestled along the east side of our vineyard in an area protected from the Van Duzer winds is a small planting of Pinot Blanc. Benefiting from a long hang time and slow ripening this wine is able to develop increased depth and complexity. Whole cluster pressed and aged on lees for one year, this wine over delivers with notes of Asian pear, honeysuckle, and lemon zest balanced by a delicate presence of hazelnut and brioche. The wine finishes with a lingering acidity.
