2021 began as a roller coaster with heavy rains in the spring leading into bloom. This helped the vines weather warm June
temperatures. The extended warmth led to smaller than average berry size resulting in an intense concentration of flavor. Harvest occurred between September 8th and 15th.

Our 2021 Chardonnay has fruit aromas of pear, golden apple, and lemon curd. Behind the fresh fruit aromatics there is a
light honey note from the oak and a hint of gunflint minerality due to the lees aging. The mouthfeel is initially rich and round, but quickly tightens up for a mouthwatering finish.
