2021 Estate Pinot Noir Rosé
Our Pinot Noir Rosé is made by pressing the fruit as soon as it arrives at the winery. This results in a wine that is both light in color and light in body. We select fruit from cooler vineyard blocks that we find allows for more flavor development in the grapes before harvest. Our Rosé is slowly fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature to preserve all of its fruity aromatics Our Rosé does not go through malolactic fermentation and is made with the intention of creating a bright and light wine, perfect to pair with spring time foods or to enjoy by itself.
The result is a Pinot Noir Rosé that is overflowing with bright fruit aromatics of strawberry, peach, and citrus. The wine has a crisp and creamy mouthfeel that quickly gives way to a lingering mineral finish.
