Each year we make a small amount of Rosé, and this year fortune provided us the opportunity to produce an
effervescent wine. As we look at a future with sparkling wine at the winery, we wanted to create a sparkling wine that is perfect for sharing with family and friends. That wine turned into Windfall, a crisp, dry, and bubbly wine meant to celebrate the moments, both large and small.

The result is a Pinot Noir Rosé that is overflowing with bright fruit aromatics of strawberry, peach, and citrus. The wine has a crisp and creamy mouthfeel that quickly gives way to a lingering mineral finish.
